Marc was the Raindance Film Festival’s Head of Sponsorship between November 2019 and November 2020.
He helped to secured partnerships with Spotify, The Evening Standard and The Independent, while working on sponsorship deals up to Covid in 2020. The Spotify deal for the festival’s music strand was negotiated during the initial lockdown.
As a response to the pandemic and its impact on live events, and based on his digital expertise, Marc pitched the concept of a streaming platform for Raindance 2020 - and was awarded a digital consultancy contract in July 2020.
He built cinema.raindance.org, liaising with the programming team, to put the films of 200 filmmakers on the platform. Movies included the latest creative output by Terry Gilliam and Jude Law.
